    - Full payment to be received 6 weeks prior to arrival
    - 300 € breakages deposit which is refunded in full upon departure if no breakages

This property is larger than the average 3 bedroom villa in Cabrera, it is extremely tastefully furnished to a very high standard. It is fully air conditioned and has full central heating. You cannot fail to have a great time here.

The large pool at the side of the villa is framed by Moorish arches with views to the sea. Casa Vina is perfectly situated within walking distance to the villa of Cabrera (less than a minutes walk) yet is so private and secluded. It affords large terraces around the pool and dining table and chairs.

Front entrance to a hall way. To your right you enter a large Lounge, with comfortable sofas, log burner, T.V. & DVD. Large windows lead you to the terraces.

The Master Bedroom is off the lounge with en-suite bathroom, which consists of bath, separate shower, handbasin & W.C.

Also off the hall way is a bathroom. To the left after you have entered the property is the tastefully furnished dining room with the domed ceiling. Off here leads to the fully equipped kitchen.

Doors lead out to the internal courtyard at the back of the property where you will find a pergola with a grape vine to give you that much needed shade in the summer. BBQ area, dining table and chairs. Off the courtyard is a utility room which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Stairs from the courtyard lead to two further bedrooms and fully fitted bathroom. Terraces off bedrooms with great views.
