Large, beautifully furnished villa, with stunning views. Two entrances one upper and the other to the self contained apartment. The entrance to the main part of the villa is entered via a wooden stunned door to an enclosed courtyard. From there you can access the pool terraces, lower terrace and the main entrance door. The first level consists of Lounge, Dining Room and Kitchen , the 4 double bedrooms, which sleeps 8 people, and 4 bathrooms are on the next level down, with three of these opening to their own terraces. From two of the bedrooms you have direct access to the large swimming pool. There is an option to rent the apartment, which has a separate access. The apartment sleeps an additional 4 people, has its own very large open plan fully fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge, which opens up to the mature gardens.

Balance payable six weeks before arrival.
There is a 400 security deposit, which is refunded after departure, subject to there being no damage to the villa.

Tiled courtyard, which has stairs on the right which lead down to the pool terrace and the swimming pool, also from the courtyard you access the villa from the glass entrance door.
Hall
Hallway with marble staircase and wrought iron balustrades that lead to the other levels in the house. To your left of the hallway is an archway through to the lounge.
Lounge
Spacious lounge with central heating radiators and air conditioning unit. Moorish stoned arches frame the top quality PVC double-glazed windows and patio sliding doors, with uninterrupted views of the valley and the beautiful rock formations. Ample electrical, TV, and telephone points. The patio doors on your left lead back to the main courtyard, whilst on your right the patio doors lead you to an terrace which has a beautiful wrought iron balcony and stunning views.
This terrace also leads to the dining terrace.
