Per Week Euros. Rates vary from 400€ to 700€ per week depending on season.
Minimum stay: 1 week. Part weeks are priced pro-rata (4 day minimum sometimes possible)
    - Deposit (cheque or bank transfer) on booking: 200€
    - Full payment to be received 6 weeks prior to arrival
    - Discounts for long stays.
Cancellations: Must be received in writing (fax or e-mail) no later than 30 days before arrival. Cancellations after that time, will be charged the deposit.

The first floor apartment is on two levels. The spacious lounge and dining area which consists of Double sofa bed for 2 further people to sleep if required. Coffee Table, T.V. Cabinet and T.V. With a selection of channels including English, Spanish, Dutch and German channels. Dining Table.
The Kitchen is modern and well equipped with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine. On this level this is a shower room, which consists of Walk in Shower, W.C. and hand basin. Large Patio doors from the Lounge lead to the large terrace with large awning for shade and table and chairs.
Upstairs, there are two good sized bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes and balconcies overlooking gardens and communal pool
Bathroom consists of Bath with Shower over, W.C., Bidet, Hand-basin and Mirrored Bathroom cabinet.
Stairs lead to a very large roof terrace with stunning views of the area.
