The villa has dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and ironing facilities. Sat TV, DVD/Video player. CD/tape deck, gas fire and comfortable furniture. There is air-conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. All rooms have heating making it a year round holiday home. There is a private swimming pool and three terraces allowing for sun & shade. Permanent BBQ in the inner patio for alfresco dining.

Bathroom 2 was completely refurbished at the end of 2008 and comprises new toilet, hand wash basin and walk in shower. The new utility room toilet was added at the end of 2009. The outdoor shower was added in 2010.

Further Notes : The villa is perfectly suitable for fit elderly persons, but use of a wheel chair would not be advisable because of steps. Smoking is restricted to outside areas only. The patios have ample outside tables & chairs for alfresco dining. The centre patio (with charcoal BBQ) has a large extending sun lind for shade. The swimming pool is kidney shaped (dimensions approx. 7 x 4 mtrs, 1 mtr shallow end to 2 mtrs deep end - all approx.) Non swimmers will need to be supervised. All tiled terraces/patios have been replaced with the addition of a gated access to the pool patio.

There is plenty to do, walking horse riding, painting, tennis, petanca, golf and there is an excellent library with top titles in English for people who just want to lie around the pool, with a good book. Two excellent restaurants in walking distance, Los Pastores Bar / Restaurant steeped in history with it’s 12 century tower, where you can watch the sunset whilst enjoying fine dining and Raid Restaurant with beautiful Moroccan food and excellent service. El Arco Bar / Cafe with tapa and wine or beer next to the famous Cabrera Arch. Near by Turre (10 minutes) has all the amenities. The Mediterranean sea is just 20 minutes away, where you will find water sports, lots of restaurants, shops and banks. Also you can fancy going skiing in the winter you can be on the ski slopes of Sierra Nevada in under 2 ½ hours.

The villa was very clean and well-equipped. We had a most relaxing and enjoyable stay, with everything we needed to enjoy an amazing week with our families and friends in the run up to our wedding day. Everyone loved the views and serenity and we spent many good times around the pool and the BBQ, with fantastic weather. We cannot recommend the restaurant Riad Cabrera enough - we held our wedding reception there and Fatima and her team were outstanding.
