The property can be accessed from the front garden or the wooden gated entrance.
Wrought iron gate leads to a path into the front garden and front terrace which has uninterrupted views of the valley, golf course and mountain where the sun sets.
The large front terrace has a covered pergola roof to give shade in the hot months. Here is a large table with 8 chairs for outside dining. French windows lead to the dining room with dining table seating for six.
To the left an arch leads to the very large kitchen, with dishwasher, hob, oven, extractor fan, fridge freezer, and washing maching. Wine rack stocked with fine wines, which you can use, as long as you replace with another fine wine.
From the dining room an arch to the right leads to the large lounge, which consists of comfortable sofas, T.V., D.V.D. Fire and windows to view at the front. Large french windows open to the internal courtyard and terraces and private swimming pool.
Off the Lounge there is a door to the master bedroom with french windows again opening to the internal courtyard etc. Further door leads to the ensuite, which consists of Bath with Shower over, W.C. Handbasin with large mirror and cabinet beneath.
Back to the kitchen a door leads again to the BBQ area, internal courtyard, terraces and private swimming pool.
