- Minimum stay: 1 week. Part weeks are priced pro-rata (4 day minimum sometimes possible in low season)
- Christmas, New Year, Easter weeks: + 20%
- Deposit (cheque or bank transfer) on booking: 20%
- Balance (in ) payable on arrival (or bank transfer in time to clear before arrival)
Cancellations: Must be received in writing (fax or e-mail) no later than 30 days before arrival. Cancellations after that time, will be charged the deposit.

The high vaulted ceiling gives a feeling of light and space, together with the open plan archways leading to the kitchen on one side, and the guest bedrooms and bathroom on the other.
A wrought iron staircase leads out of the lounge up to the master bedroom suite. The room benefits from a feature brick corner fireplace with an open log fire.

Fully fitted kitchen with wood effect storage cupboards and wall units, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, and electric oven. An electric water heater services the kitchen only.
