Per Week Euros. Rates vary from 450€ to 725€ per week depending on season.
Minimum stay: 1 week. Part weeks are priced pro-rata
    - Deposit (cheque or bank transfer) on booking: 20%
    - Full payment to be received 6 weeks prior to arrival
    - Discounts for long stays.
Cancellations: Must be received in writing (fax or e-mail) no later than 30 days before arrival. Cancellations after that time, will be charged the deposit.

This villa although only has 2 bedrooms, is very spacious indeed. Gated entrance to the gravel drive. Patio doors from the terrace lead to large lounge dining room. Nicely fitted kitchen with utility area. The master bedroom has an en-suite, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and doors that lead to the outside pool area.

Lots of outside areas for shade and sun. The large swimming pool with plenty of terraced area for sun beds and loungers. The swimming pool is run by independent solar energy panels.

Stunning views of Cortijo Grande and close to the Horse Riding ranch and the facilities in Cabrera.

There is plenty to do, walking horse riding, painting, tennis, petanca, golf and there is an excellent library with top titles in English for people who just want to lie around the pool, with a good book. Tennis Rackets, Easels for painting & Golf Clubs are available to hire from the villa. Two excellent restaurants in walking distance, Los Pastores Bar / Restaurant steeped in history with it’s 12 century tower, where you can watch the sunset whilst enjoying fine dining and Raid Restaurant with beautiful Moroccan food and excellent service. El Arco Bar / Cafe with tapa and wine or beer next to the famous Cabrera Arch. Near by Turre (10 minutes) has all the amenities. The Mediterranean sea is just 20 minutes away, where you will find water sports, lots of restaurants, shops and banks. Also you can fancy going skiing in the winter you can be on the ski slopes of Sierra Nevada in under 2 ½ hours.
