Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen are provided and will be changed at the end of each week. The villa will be cleaned on changeover, more often if requested for a small charge. The pool is cleaned twice a week.

Outside
The private 10m x 4m pool has a large surrounding patio with stunning views. There's a separate outdoor bar with a fitted kitchen including a fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee filter machine and portable CD player. There are also sun lounges, Teak patio furniture, a BBQ, outside shower and WC. From here there is access to picturesque gardens and a small orchard all with fantastic panoramic views.
Coast/Beach
There are various beautiful beaches along this coast line depending on how long you wish to drive. The nearest being Mojacar and Garrucha at approx. 20 minutes away. Along the coast line towards Aguilas you will also find many secluded coves. There are also various naturist beaches in the area. Vera also has a large water theme park for the children to enjoy at a 30 minute drive from the villa.

This Villa is in a secluded and private locations surrounded by gardens and panoramic views of both the Mediterranean Sea and the stunning mountains of the Sierra de Los Filabres. This spacious home has numerous places to relax in shad or sun throughout the day. The pool and garden areas are completely private and not overlooked. The village of Bedar is within walking distance and has all local amenities including restaurants, tapas bars, small supermarket, chemist ad a Bank. There are 5 golf courses and a water park all within a short drive of the villa.

Other Info
Golf
There are 5 golf courses within 20-30 minute drive, Cortijo Grande, Valle del Este, Marina de la Torres, the famous Desert Springs and the brand new Macenas. There is also a driving range at Vera. For the hardcore golf enthusiast you could even take a 3 hour drive to the famous La Manga. Casa Grassi is situated approx. 15mins from the A7 motorway with easy access to all courses.
Skiing
For the more adventurous a two hour drive away to Granada you'll find the Sierra Nevada where you can enjoy the pleasures of skiing (season permitting). While you're there a visit to the famous Alhambra Palace is recommended.
Special interest holidays
If you enjoy walking this is the perfect place as you can walk everyday without taking the same route twice. If you are also interested in bird watching there are many different species to see and enjoy.
Travel
The nearest airport is Almeria at a 40 minute drive, followed by Alicante and Murcia at a 2 hour drive. Car hire is recommended if you want to spend time away from the villa and also transport from and to the airport.
Distances
The quaint white village of Bédar is a 15 minute walk. Mojacar, Garrucha, Turre, Cabrera and Los Gallardos are a 20 minute drive.
Further details
All the surrounding villages have their own market on different days where you can enjoy cheap shopping and local fresh produce.

A 20% deposit is required on booking and the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of your stay. Tariffs are for the villa for 7 nights sleeping 8 people.

Wonderful views, beautiful gardens and lots of comfort, set in fantastic countryside that is away from the tourist Spain but close enough to beach and amenities.
